Program Director

The Bristol County Community Corrections Center, North Dartmouth, MA is looking for a full-time Program Director. This position is responsible for the overall direction of the program and the direction of the day-to-day operations, including treatment program planning and implementation, relevant professional and accreditation standards and onsite personnel management.
Master's degree in related field strongly preferred. Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (or be certifiable within
one year) Minimum of 4 years of relevant criminal justice experience AND Minimum of 2 years of management and/or supervisory experience. Must be available to work evenings. In-depth knowledge in the treatment of substance abuse and other clinical issues. Clinical and administrative supervision skills. Program development and curriculum development experience is advantageous. Knowledge of the correctional culture and experience providing treatment in a corrections setting desirable. Contract preparation and management skills desirable. Strong computer skills.
All positions require a TST, MMR Titer, and the ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening (including THC) and a CORI background records check.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
