We are seeking a passionate and skilled Bagel Artisan to join our team.
As a Bagel Artisan at New York Bagel, you will play a key role in upholding our commitment to excellence by meticulously crafting and baking our signature bagels to perfection.
You will work in a fast-paced environment alongside a team of dedicated professionals who share your enthusiasm for delivering exceptional quality and service to our customers.
Responsibilities:
Promote a team first atmosphere.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards.
Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and ensure customer satisfaction.
Uphold the company's values and reputation for authenticity, quality, and customer service.
Requirements:
Previous experience working in a bakery or bagel shop preferred.
(Not Mandatory) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Passion for baking and a genuine appreciation for New York-style bagels.
