Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome patients/ visitors at the front desk.
Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries.
Verify patient insurance information is all inputted and up to date and collect co-payments.
Maintain patient records and update medical information Assist with administrative support tasks, including filing, faxing, inputting &/ or scanning documents.
Coordinate the intake of referrals Ensure a clean and organized front desk area.
Treatment Planning.
Qualifications & Skills :
High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience working in a dental office Familiarity with dental administrative support tasks and patient service procedures Proficient in using office equipment and computer systems Proficient in using Dentrix Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Knowledge of Front Desk operations in a dental office setting Time Management and Reliability Our office Hours are Monday 8AM-5PM / Tuesday 8AM-5PM / Wednesday 8AM-5PM/ Thursday 8AM-5PM Please only apply if these hours are accomadating to you.
