Essential Job Duties:
Develops new opportunities by building relationships with home builders, remodeling contractors, architects, and allied professionals.
Determining the customer's needs, budget level, and desired outcome.
Abide by company core values.
Reads floor plans and elevations from construction drawings as needed.
Designing, estimating, and measuring each project with accuracy Create custom designs using 20/20 design software, ensuring all required installation notes and details are captured in the design plan.
Confirm all details with customers before delivery and gain their sign off using our customer charters & contracts to ensure errors are minimized Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline by generating consistent leads.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Proficient in 20/20 Kitchen Design software Ability to read and understand blueprints and architectural drawings Outstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership skills, ability to interact effectively and professionally with management and clients, over the phone and in person Minimum two years of kitchen & bath design experience Proficient in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams), e-mail and internet savvy Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates.
Negotiate details of contracts and payments and prepare sales contracts and order forms.
Consult with clients after sales or contract signings in order to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.
Excellent organizational and time management skills in order to manage several ongoing projects at one time.
Ability to work within a team environment Professional dress and appearance required.
A valid driver's license with a Safe driver history required.
Must be able to visit throughout yards, plants and offices for onsite meeting, measures, and installation inspections.
Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products, prices, and sales.
Knowledge of basic math and measurement skills High school diploma, General Education Degree (GED) or Associate's Degree Job Type:
