Our gym is designed to help kids of all ages and abilities develop strength, confidence, decision making, relationships, and body awareness through obstacle course training similar to Ninja Warrior.
The ideal candidate will have an athletic background, experience working with children ages 3-17 years of age, responsible, enthusiastic, and a strong team player.
We are looking for an assistant manager to help manage staff, teach classes, maintain our facility and assist in the daily operations at Bay State Movement Academy.
Furthermore, the candidate will be responsible for designing challenges, changing equipment, and helping to support coaches wherever needed.
If you enjoy working with children in an athletic setting, have patience, are willing and eager to teach and develop skills while providing a safe and fun environment, BSMA could be a great fit.
