Manufacturing Operator
Quick Apply Full-time 1 hour ago Full Job Description We are currently looking for enthusiast & Hardworking Manufacturing Associate/Operator to be an integral part of our Global pharma team, The ideal candidate for this position has experience in the Pharmaceuticals or Nutraceutical manufacturing industry.
Job Responsibility:
The Manufacturing operator will Handler performs all functions relating to the Manufacturing of pharma products Must have excellent communication skills The Manufacturing Operator will be consistent with established Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), customer requirements and in conjunction with all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
Receiving and storing finished goods and miscellaneous items.
Ensure the proper planning and execution of batches Inspecting all materials for damage.
Dispatching finished goods.
Cleaning and sanitizing Manufacturing area.
Operating, cleaning, and calibrating machinery.
Daily monitoring and recording of production materials and production lines Must be able to control machine operations with minimum rejections and maximum outputs while maintaining quality standards within the standard norms Perform machine changeovers, cleaning and set up as per SOPs Manufacturing and filling of products as per Batch Manufacturing Records and SOP.
Must do on-line documentation and timely entries related to manufacturing and filling operations and activities Must have a year of manufacturing experience with aerosol products Other Requirements Ability to follow both verbal and written instructions Demonstrated ability to work in both independent and team environments Required Minimum Qualification To apply:
Minimum of 1 year experience in cGMP and regulatory requirements in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
Minimum successful completion of High school diploma.
Basic understanding of mechanical machinery and the operating principles of control systems.
Ability to follow both verbal and written instructions including SOP's and Batch Record documentation.
Demonstrated ability to work in both independent and team environments.
Good knowledge of Health & Safety procedures, including, OH&S Act.
Mandatory Drug Screening Required.
